Dr. Charles Nenner provides an update on the stock market (SAP, sell signals on the Hong Kong market):
- The long-term cycle has turned down and is waiting for the short-term cycle to decline;
- The banking index (going to be among the weakest sectors);
- Bank of America does not look as good as they claim;
- Gold stocks look more favorable at the moment (than gold itself);
- Crude oil (the major cycle is positive);
- US bond market (for the moment, we see a bounce, but rates will rise again shortly);
- Currency (euros, dollars, yens, Australian dollars);
- Copper (anticipating a lower price).
